SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $7.50 and orders over $100 ship for free.  Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Maryville, Missouri. 

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $8 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.

In Store Pick Up

If you make a purchase and choose in store pick up during our regular business hours (Wednesday through Friday 10 to 6; Saturdays 9 to 1) your order is typically ready within the hour. 

If you are trying to choose pick up in store, but it is not allowing you to, please select an alternative checkout method. There are a few select payment options that do not support the pick up in store option.

If you chose in store pick up at check out but need to have your order shipped please email us at spbmaryville@gmail.com. Provide your name, order number and email address that we can send a shipping invoice. Any order that qualifies for free shipping will not have to pay to have the order shipped.
