We hope that you love all your purchases from Simply Posh Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days from the date on receipt. After this time frame, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include the packing slip/invoice with your return. The packing slip/invoice is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are FINAL SALE. Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and anything qualifying as an intimate item (bras, bralettes, brami, slips, etc). If you return a final sale item or a late return it will not be given store credit. You can choose to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense or pick the item up in store during regular business hours. The item will be donated within 14 days if we have not been contacted prior. We understand that sometimes things do not ship as scheduled and are willing to make exceptions for business holidays or delays in shipping due to the mailing service. If it is obvious such case has happened we can extend the return dates up to 4 days past the 14 day return period.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Please use proper packaging when sending back items.
Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
